Design & Consultation
Designing Real-World Solutions Bespoke for You
Every consultation & design project undertaken by Radial Line Sheet Metal is designed to be the solution to your requirement, issue or improvement. You and your team do not need to know what you need, as we will design the solution for you. Simply let us know your goal & we will design a real-world solution with a proof of concept analysis.
Below we lay out some of the steps our dedicated team take to ensure every piece & project is designed before a single cut of metal is made.

Initial Consultation & 3D Area Scanning
A member of our team can pay a visit to discuss your project further including finalisation of your end goal, specific specification requirements & any integration requirements for existing or future elements.
During this visit we can 3D scan the intended area to use when designing your solution, allowing us to accommodate for adjustment and physical real-world restraints. We can also advise on the most efficient and optimal set-up and what changes would need to be made to achieve this. Anything is possible at this stage, our job is to find the solution that works best for your needs
2D Drawings & 3D Models

2D Drawings of your solution are designed by our team, ensuring all elements of the project are detailed and included within the initial design, ensuring not only the main component is designed in high detail but also any attachments and connection work are considered & Included....Then the Magic happens
These high-detail drawings are transformed into 3D Models, which not only visualise your solution in a 360-degree format, allowing you to see all aspects of the project and the small details, but we are able to do all the calculations to make sure it is more than a concept. These designs are functional, and the solution we promised
Concept Analysis & Compliance
Once the calculations are run & the design modelled, we run in-depth simulation analysis, ensuring each design achieves full compliance and can be manufactured to UKCA Standards. All relevant standards and compliances are tested and designed to be compliant with EXC '2' BSEN 1090 for structural fabrication, PD5500 for any steam pressure systems. We ensure that each design considers and will also meet weld code test standards BSEN ISO 15613:2004 and BSEN ISO 15614:2017+A1:2009 Level.
